What you share
We collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile URL and PDF CV. We also record your submission time, consent, application status and email delivery status. Please include only information relevant to your professional experience in your CV.
Why we collect it
With your consent, we use your details to arrange an initial interview and consider you for future recruitment opportunities. This form is a general talent-pool application and does not promise a job or a specific vacancy. We will email you within two weeks to arrange an initial conversation.
Where your information goes
Your application and CV are stored on our privately managed server. CVs are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorized recruitment and server administration personnel. We use our email provider to send recruitment correspondence. We will discuss a suitable opportunity with you before sharing your CV with a prospective client.
How long we keep it
Applications and CVs are retained for up to 12 months from submission, then removed from the active talent pool. You can request earlier deletion or withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any separate hiring process will have its own applicable records and retention arrangements.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or withdraw consent to future talent-pool contact. Email [email protected], preferably from the address used in your application, and include your application reference if available.
Website operation
This application site uses no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Technical request information, including IP addresses, may be processed temporarily by our server and network providers to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
